THE Yorkshire Dales National Park Authority (YDNPA) has expressed its disappointment at the outcome of a court case that quashed four Traffic Regulation Orders (TROs) imposed to protect particularly sensitive ‘green lanes’ in the National Park from use by recreational motor vehicles.
